Return Policy

This is a sample returns policy for sellers to consider.

Comments: Return Policy is upbeat and positive. It covers the basics. It tells buyers what to expect. It leaves out cooperation in getting seller fees returned. It leaves out the timing of when the refund is requested. it leaves out restocking fee. it leaves out the item’s must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition (which I have yet to have when my items are returned). It is a good start.

Returns and Refunds

If you are unhappy with the product for whatever reason, please contact us to arrange a return and refund.
As shipping costs are not retrievable, We are unable to refund shipping costs.

How long can I keep my order before returning?
We ask that you return your items to us within 14 days of receiving them. Until the parcel reaches us it is your responsibility.

How long will it take to get my refund?
Refunds will be credited to your debit/credit card no later than 30 days after we receive your returned goods.

You've sent me the wrong items?
We're only human and occasionally mistakes can happen. If it has happened to you we are very sorry and we will do our best to get the right items to you as soon as possible.

We use an automated feedback response system. If you are happy with the product, please leave positive feedback and I will automatically leave positive feedback for you. 

If you are unhappy with the transaction for any reason, please contact us first to resolve. If you do leave negative or neutral feedback you waive your rights for support regarding any problems with us and open yourself up for possible retaliatory negative feedback.
