Dr. Rubaiul Murshed

Dr. Rubaiul Murshed completed his medical graduation from Dhaka Medical College in the early 80's. He was engaged in teaching at both Dhaka and Mymensingh Medical Colleges and did his post graduation in paediatric surgery from London. After returning to Bangladesh in late 90's he took up clinical practice for a couple of years. Then he proceeded to Canberra to complete his M.Phil in public health (focus: Public Health Services Management). His Ph.D thesis is on ‘Developing Policy and Procedures to Standardize Hospitals’. He has been a Professor at the SUB and NSU teaching Health Services and Hospital Management.
